  • What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?

    Check-in starts at 12:00. Check-out is until 10:00 a.m.

  • Are the prices indicated per person or per room?

    The prices indicated on the website are per room.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?

    At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay will be required to be paid by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be sent to you by email.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and CartaSi credit cards.

  • Can I connect to Internet?

    Yes, WiFi connection is available throughout the hotel and is completely free of charge. We will provide you with a password when you check in.

  • Where can I park my car?

    You can park your car on the street, without having to pay for parking, right next to our structure.

  • What does the room price include?

    Prices are per room per night and include: breakfast, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy set, air conditioning, mini fridge, towels and bed linen and daily cleaning.

  • I am travelling with my children, do they pay too?

    All children stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed. You can also request a cot for children up to 3 years old for a fee of €10.00 per night.

  • Is bed and bath linen included in the price? How often are they changed?

    Bath and bed linen is included in the price and is changed every 2 days, if a more frequent change is necessary there is a small extra charge.

  • Is breakfast only sweet or also savoury?

    We offer both sweet and savoury breakfasts. We offer cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, honey, jams, Nutella, dry biscuits, cake or croissants or muffins.

  • Is there a fridge where you can put my shopping?

    Each room is equipped with a standard size mini fridge suitable for storing a small daily shopping.

  • For the purposes of Covid19 prevention, how do you clean the rooms and environments?

    The accommodation and common areas are carefully sanitized, at each departure, with suitable products based on bleach and alcohol. Furthermore, on a daily basis, adequate natural ventilation and air exchange are always guaranteed in all environments.
